"Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends. Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room."
