"Fantastic property outside the city center - short tram ride away. Walk to all services. Room was great with seating space and kitchenette. The only negative is that it is fairly minimalistic, but the value proposition is great."

"L'hôtel pas loin des transports, mais j'aurai souhaité un autre plus dans le centre.le personnel etait gentil. les Toilettes n'etaient pas bien nettoyés. Il y avait des travaux en face donc pas trop insonorisé j'ai trouvé tout de m^me que l'hôtel etait un peu isolée du centre mais proche de la gare Saint Rock"

"Loved the little cafe next door (but with an entrance inside the hotel for guests). The optional breakfast that could be included with the room was plentiful and delicious. The people were friendly and tolerated my French. They also had gluten free options for me. Cute outside seating area. My friend suggested Maison Soleil because it was close to both the train station and her home. I would definitely stay there again."

"Fußläufig zum Bahnhof, sehr gutes Frühstück, für die Anreise muss individuell eine Zeit abgestimmt werden, war entsprechend dort, aber der Besitzer erwartet wohl eine nochmalige Bestätigung per WhatsApp, was nirgendwo steht. Er wohnt im Haus"

"The building had character, and it's in a good location if you want to have an aperitif and then a meal on/around Place de la Comédie; and the staff were friendly. When I booked I had requested a quiet room so was slightly surprised to be given a room overlooking the street: the soundproofing wasn't great, but at night it was actually fairly quiet (and I wore earplugs just in case)."

"Overall, this hotel is a good value, clean and organized. Two issues. The first has to do with security. The doors do not seem to block correctly so one occasion I left and my door was a jar the whole time I was gone. The second time mysteriously, a strange woman came walking into my room while I was shaving. I thought I had closed and locked the door, but maybe the lock was broken? Additionally, they have this cost saving measure where they control the temperature of the rooms from the front...

"The room was very large. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the train station (the TGV station is about a 20 minute tram ride away). There are several restaurants and shopping within a few blocks."
