"Ok hotel near linate airport. A/C always resets to 23 degrees id you pull the key card out of the activation slot in your room. Not a bad hotel in anyway but nothing to write hoke about."

"Staff was very professional, rooms were small but extremely well designed, did not feel small w/generous bathroom. we were only here for 12 hours but in a young neighborhood, seemed like chinatown with mostly Asian restaurants which were a welcome change from pasta & pizza everywhere. did not see any shops but did not explore this neighborhood due to our short stay."

"What a terrible night at the Moxy in Linate on April 11, 2026. We were coming from South America and planned to rest in Milan before continuing our trip to Southeast Asia. We chose the Moxy because of its proximity to the airport, a big mistake. The room temperature was constantly around 27 degrees Celsius (81 degrees Fahrenheit). The air conditioning wasn't working; the entire system was off because, supposedly, it's forbidden to turn it on at this time of year. The receptionist, apologetic and acknowledging that it was a constant complaint, moved us to an east-facing room with less sun and opened the window with his special key to let in some fresh air, which didn't work because with the room door closed, the air wasn't circulating. On the contrary, we suffered from all kinds of noise. It was a Saturday, and due to some kind of event nearby, hundreds of high-powered motorcycles, the kind that make a lot of noise, were driving around. There was also a large, noisy distribution center across the street, making it impossible to rest.Walking with luggage from the airport is very difficult because it's a complicated route through a roundabout to cross the avenue to the hotel. Avoid it ,much easier and better to take the new metro Line 4 for only €2.20 and in just 17 minutes to be close to the city center where there are dozens of hotels, restaurants, and shops to choose from. Finally, the room is small and basic; for example, it doesn't have a kettle for making tea or coffee."

"Stayed at Joy 124 for 3 days and had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. It had that perfect boutique feel while still being spacious and cozy at the same time. The location is very convenient. It is about a 13 to 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale, making it easy to catch the Trenord Express train to and from Malpensa Airport. The M3 metro line is also about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and from there it is roughly a 16 minute ride to the Duomo di Milano, which made getting into the heart of the city simple. I had dinner at the hotel twice and would say the food can be a bit hit or miss. Some items are frozen, as noted on the menu, and on one occasion the dish was not heated all the way through. That said, this is a small area for improvement rather than a dealbreaker. The Aperol Spritz, on the other hand, was absolutely divine and definitely worth enjoying. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily return."
