"We had a great stay at the RumFish Beach at TradeWinds. "

"The beach view was beautiful! The place was nicely located. The patio furniture was totally rusted, each chair had one leg not even touching as did the table. The maintenance or cleaning crew were kind enough to fold stiff paper under it. One bathroom had a leaking toilet and we were unable to use it until Thursday as walking caused water to come up thru flooring. I would stay in this condo again if the patio furniture was usable and I am sure the floor completely dried out.Once again the beach is beautiful! I saw some beautiful sunsets there."

"Amenities were great. Room is a little small. Called the desk for a couple of different things and they never brought them up. Cleaning person skipped our room and after they said they were coming back to clean. "

"I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in town. The hotel is spectacular and the rooms are big and very comfortable. Very impressed!"

"Our stay is commensurate with the other reviews here - average. Like most, check in at 4pm dragged until 5:30pm as rooms still needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff had no idea when it would be ready and we were told 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. The room was small but clean. We got fresh towels daily. The beds were comfortable; the pillows were very flat. Wifi worked well. Property itself is average. Pool is nice but small with no lounge chairs available by 9am each morning. Beach area is great; must pay for chairs and umbrellas. Lots of construction in the beach area so must walk a ways to get to and from the water. We ate and got drinks at Rum Runners. Our food took a very long time despite not being crowded and was average. Drinks were fine but another patron overheard the bartender asking us for our room number for the tab and they added their drinks on. We caught this on the receipt at check out and it was fixed. Activity board in the lobby did not match what was actually going on that day. In all, a very average stay. "

"This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower head. The toilet was extremely close to the wall and would not allow sufficient clearance for a larger person to sit comfortably. The rooms air filter was completely clogged, well past a preventative maintenance change. "

"Daniella at the front office was lovely. The rooms are horrible. Website shows updates but that’s not accurate for all rooms. The room we had was cramped and dated and the linens were not soft at all. It’s noisy and for what we paid they don’t even have daily housekeeping! The beach location is very nice but the hotel is awful. The property does have a nice BBQ area and 6 Adirondack chairs ( only) facing g the water. We booked through EXPEDIA for the week of Easter. Thanks to Expedia we were able to get a full refund on the last 6 nights which was fortunate because this property is non- refundable. Best suggestion- stay elsewhere."
