"Very lovely property only a couple of blocks from the beach front. Not too large and very quite. nice for a relaxed stay. The suite I had was very large and comfortable. Had its own small [pool for about 10 suites. Unfortunately they don't heat them and in October the water was not as warm as hoped but ok. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The resort was excellent and felt really safe and secure. Very clean and very friendly service wherever we went."

"Excellent location, near to the beach and restaurants and also near to local bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and was kept clean every day. Use of the hotel facilities in addition to the small garden and pool at the apartment if needed."

"Our room was tiny! I could barely pass at the end of our bed. The shower was so small that the shower floor slope started immediately. Not what we expected. We also thought they had parking but that was on the street as you find. The pool is also tiny. The view at the restaurant and breakfast was the best part."

"Return to this hotel every year for a weekend away with friends. Hotel is always spotlessly clean, manicured grounds, wonderful ambience. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable, water pressure in the shower is great, sea view rooms are worth the extra. Breakfast has a great range of options, and this year I am recently diagnosed as coeliac and staff were very accommodating."

"very well maintained property, always clean everywhere including the room. amazing dinner & breakfast daily as we chose them as a package. besides there isn't many restaurants around so it was a great idea that we chose the package. it's situated in the best spot in Cala Vincent in my opinion. peaceful surroundings with amazing mountain & sea view. respectful staff & guests made it relaxing & quiet vacation there. there is always one bad apple every place but the rest of the staff there were good enough to compensate it. if you happen to get a room right above the lobby area like we did first, you might be bothered by the concrete area covered by astroturf in front of your balcony, also seemed to be designed for handicap guests with some odd set up for regular guests. it was a surprise for us in contrast to the rest of the property which is well balanced with the nature with natural, upscale materials but they moved us to a different room with better view per our request. overall it is an upscale pleasant property with nice staff in best location. we will be happy to go back."

"Room quite small.Bed not for tall people.Not relaxing space inside room.People still smoke on the balcony.Delivery car every morning wake up.Staff don’t speak English properly (make mistake).But everyone very friendly.Close to the beach.Excellent food."

"Overall, a clean, well-located hotel with excellent housekeeping and a lovely roof terrace, but breakfast service was inconsistent and rooms without balconies may feel overpriced. Pros: * Extremely clean, with excellent daily housekeeping. * Great location near restaurants, the square, beaches and marina. * Quiet despite a busy pub across the road. * Excellent roof terrace with all-day sun, especially useful for rooms without balconies. * Well-managed towel replacement. Cons: * Breakfast was good but bakery items weren’t very fresh. * Breakfast service was inconsistent, with tables often not being prepared. * Restaurant/breakfast staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. * Expensive if your room doesn’t have a balcony - we felt a little “second class”. We liked the hotel for its location and have particular praise for the housekeeping team, but breakfast service and value for balcony-less rooms could be improved."
