Take a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool of 3.5 x 3.5 metres and depth range between 1 and 1.85 m. You can sunbathe on one of the loungers or read a book under the umbrella while the little ones play in the pool. You can also have a vermouth at the table next to the pool. The house also has a large and well-maintained garden, full of corners to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Next to the house, the large porch with ping pong table, dart board and petanque and where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. It also includes a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs where you can have coffee after lunch. You will also find the barbecue area to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The 240 m2 house is distributed along a single floor. It has a very cosy and practical style, with all the comforts to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Upon entering, we find the living-dining room, with a rustic and country style, which will make you feel at home. You can watch Smart TV with satellite channels or a movie on the DVD player. The dining table has capacity for 6 diners. Next, the kitchen, which is independent and has a gas stove and coffee maker of various types (electric, Italian, melita), dishwasher and electric oven in addition to all the necessary utensils to cook on holiday. In this house you can rest in three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, low consumption radiators and AC. One has a double bed and TV, while the other two have two single beds. The house has a bathroom with double shower and double washbasin, and another bathroom with shower accessed from the outside of the house. If you travel with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also at your disposal. Lastly, the house has a laundry room equipped for bicycles where you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is heating in all rooms. The house is located in Pollença, a beautiful village with a great history behind it. It has all the services for an independent stay. You can get lost in its narrow streets, visit the Calvary and mix with the locals in the square, as well as taste the local cuisine in its magnificent restaurants. The nearest beach is Port de Pollença, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also an ideal place for hikers and bicycle lovers. If you like golf, there is a course very close, just 4 km away.
