The Latchi Villas are set in their own attractive gardens, just 10/12 minutes walk to the beach and conveniently located to the amenities at Poli Crysochous. The villas offer every modern comfort and sleep 6 guests in tastefully appointed bedrooms with attractive furnishings and fitted wardrobes. An open plan living space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge with fireplace and Smart TV, creating a relaxing and welcoming ambience. Outside, each has a private pool complete with exterior Jacuzzi, a built-in barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy al-fresco dining or relaxing in the sunshine by the pool.

Change of bed linen and towels (every 7 days)
Cleaning (1 x weekly and light clean excluding the kitchen area)

Air Conditioning (i.e.cooling and/or heating facility) at 6 €/per unit per day

Not Included in the rates:
Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.
