"LISA greeted me at the front desk, quickly, efficiently and professionally and cheerfully. She gave me lots of tips and pointers about how to use the facility and the pool and the breakfast area. The room was clean, sharply appointed, elegant, in its simplicity, and far more than I expected. I was very, very pleased. The water and the coffee maker were above and beyond. I will stay here again."
