"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough. As booking had already taken our money we were stuck. They offered changing facilities. Rooms should be available from 3pm as advertised . Otherwise the hotel is dated as are the...
