"A Charming Old Classic Hotel A really cool, old-fashioned classic hotel with plenty of character. The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. There’s no staff on the premises, but check-in is easy using your phone. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. And the location is great. "Route One Bakery & Kitchen" (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/0) is right across the street, with excellent breakfast pastries and good coffee. Their menu includes croissants, morning buns, scones, and other fresh-baked treats. Overall, a unique and comfortable place to stay if you like historic hotels with a little character."

"Beautiful. We love this property. This was our second stay. Great view of the ocean and beach. Upon our arrival we found a clean lovely home with a nice welcome note including chocolate. The house and kitchen are well appointed with everything needed to enjoy your stay.We have stayed in seven or eight other locations over the years in Dillon Beach, and this is our favorite."

"Everything about this place was so special. All of the staff were so kind. Our room was beautiful, and even on the smaller side, it never felt claustrophobic or too tight with two people. The grounds were really beautiful and peaceful. We used the sauna twice, and there’s even an outdoor cold shower right outside of it, it’s very well maintained, and runs from 7a-11p. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the grounds, and didn’t realize most of the meal was included with your stay (you just have to pay tip and any sides or beverages outside of coffee and tea.) We don’t usually splurge on nice hotels but this was absolutely worth the cost."

"Fay is an excellent host! My wife and I (and our dog) wanted some down time and this house was perfect! Fay’s instructions for check in were easy to manage and timely. There was a welcome basket of a bottle of wine and delicious snacks awaiting us when we arrived, and the views from the family room were magnificent!! The large windows overlook Dillion Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The walk to the beach is literally just a few minutes. The house had all the amenities we could need including for all of our cooking. Throughout the week, Fay answered any inquiry I had quickly and thoughtfully.Couldn’t have asked for a better week. We look forward to another opportunity to stay!"

"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so close to Dillon Beach. The house was as described with plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of linens in the bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. Could do with a slight refresh. Stunning view of the ocean. The host notes that children under the age of 3 aren't permitted...and for good reason. Young ones might find themselves in precarious positions. There could also be more seating in the common spaces. There are six flights of stairs to get into the house, so pack lightly."

"Beautiful beach house in perfect location. Could not have asked for a better location for this house in terms of beach proximity. My family (myself, wife and son, plus our 2 year old retreiver) absolutely loved every minute here. Dillon beach is the perfect community for dogs, and we were so happy ours was able to join us. The beach is perfect, town is quaint and idyllic. The house was quite a bit more spacious than we were expecting, or than it looked like from outside. Tons of appliances in the kitchen, lots of space, and the pinball/arcade games were a great extra touch. Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be staying here again. Check in process was very smooth and easy."
