"The condo was beautiful, easy to get to, and seemed clean overall. However, when I turned on the spa tub jets, mold filled the tub, and then I found a bag of cleaning chemicals on the shower head when trying to rinse off.I contacted the host and she responded quickly and was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, given the situation, it felt like more than just an apology would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, the tub issue made it hard to enjoy the stay."
