"This place was very nice and the staff Lucia was amazing! She helped us book transfers to and from the train and clear instructions for checking in. She was available to us if we had any questions. The location was wonderful, right in the main square. It eliminated a lot of stairs but mind you there are still stairs! We had a small kitchen that allowed us to make coffee and have snacks. "The host never reached out to provide instructions to access the place and we had to scramble once we got there to contact them and figure it out. Otherwise the property is clean and conveniently close to the train station. That area is a bit sketchy but it’s convenient. Would’ve rated it higher if the host proactively reached out knowing we had booked and were arriving."

"The perfect escape from Sorrento's crowds and traffic! A car is required to get here, but public parking is plentiful. The views are spectacular, and you are only steps away from black sand beach. The room itself is beautifully decorated in coastal blue and white tones. Highly recommended! Only recommendation is to add two beach to the room."
