"Very disappointing stay at Red Roof Inn. We stayed last night and unfortunately the experience was not what we expected. The room was not as clean and comfortable as it should have been, and the overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. The stay was frustrating, and we did not feel we received the quality or service we paid for.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Management should seriously address the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service...
