About this property

Charming stone house for families

  • Our pretty family home is located in Plouézec, 5 minutes from the beach of Bréhec and 10 minutes from Paimpol. In a peaceful area, our house has been completely renovated by us with love. It is more than a house, it is our family home and we are now opening it for rent to benefit people wishing to discover our beautiful region.
    House of 80 m2 with a beautiful terrace of 40 m2 and a south-facing garden conducive to relaxation.

    The house is composed of 2 bedrooms:
    - 1 master bedroom with bed 140x200 and 1 baby bed
    - 1 children's bedroom with bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190PGJyPgPGJyPg
    1 toilet on the first floor. The bathroom is upstairs consisting of a shower, sink and toilet.

    Everything was renovated 5 years ago and the exteriors were finalized in the spring of 2025!
