"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in all of my many trips to europe. Fabulous location within walking distance to virtually everything in ljubljana. Terrific breakfast with a tremendous variety of high quality choices that would satisfy any appetite. Superb staff that provided exemplary customer service. Comfortable bed, pillow menu, nice bathroom, high quality towels. I would give them six stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again"

"Very nice hotel in the heart of old Ljubjana. Ask for room #1. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. There are no elevators but our room was on the ground floor. You are steps away from all the bars and restaurants along the river. They serve a very nice breakfast. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again. I"

"Recently renovated, clean and great location. Only things to be aware is that the building next door is under construction, the music outside and from the restaurant will be heard till 10:00pm, and shower partition is narrow so there will be water splashing out a lot in the bathroom."

"The room was fine and staff friendly. Great location. The kitchenette was reasonably basic. The main problem is the shower is tiny and the faucets don’t stay on the wall. The other issue is smokers smoke on the balcony and smokes comes inside the halls and rooms. "

"Beautiful property. It’s a vintage property. Large rooms. They need coffee machines in EVERY room (instant coffee is NOT the answer). Staff is wonderful."
