"We loved the home it was comfortable and very clean. The host had left some bottled waters and a selection of coffee pods, teas, creamers, sugars and some little chocolates too, which was a nice touch and unexpected. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was also provided in each bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for our visit to Ocean Beach Park (5 minute walk), Waterford Beach Park, Harkness Memorial State Park and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London. We would definitely try to stay at that home should we visit that area again. "

"A Perfect Beach Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy renovated cottage! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, inviting, and immaculately clean. The home has been beautifully updated — a perfect blend of modern comfort and beachy charm.The game room was such a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings, and the WiFi and thermostats in every room worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The cottage had everything we needed — a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from the beach and boardwalk, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved being able to walk or take a short drive to local restaurants and shops.Erin, the host were wonderful — friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in keeping the property in top shape. "Photos are accurate. The area is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen well stocked and everything as described. The kitchen cupboards and drawers don't have knobs to open them so sometimes that was tricky but not a deal breaker.Owner responsive and communication open and easy for a couple of things that came up during our stay. I believe we resolved to both our satisfaction. "

"Very cozy feel overall. Good kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard. Downtown Niantic restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. Likewise the boardwalk. We did not have a dog with us but did note that there is a crate in the master suite and food and water bowls downstairs. All handy if you have your dog with you."
