"Room was not ready by check in time and that was true for several others as well. Need to address staffing. Front desk manager finally resolved. Had a handicap room ( as requested), and room was spacious enough. The bathroom was ok, except the water from the shower head sprayed past the shower curtain and got a large portion of the floor wet. The complimentary breakfast bar area was a plus. The hotel is in a very convenient location."
