"I was appreciative of Dale answering when I called . I didn’t know how to lock the door . Got that fixed up . The beds were really comfortable and pillows . The bathroom was nice . Dale was very accommodating with me letting me stay 2 hours later due to my event I was attending. Only thing I noticed there was a huge booger in the shower which I hate even saying it out loud and sounds silly but it wasn’t five star clean with that . Other than that it was comfortable and suitable for what we...

"Paul, kudos to you and your family for having this property available for people to stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The attention to detail throughout the home made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Communication was seamless, and they went...

"Enough beds for bigger group. Amazing location"

Other than that the place had everything we needed and we would be back. "

"Lovely home, great communication ... AND great courtesy snacks! Highly recommend!"

"This was a comfortable place and a perfect location for enjoying Kansas City. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a relatively short drive to the airport and recreational activities in KC. The house had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay."

"This place is immaculate. Would definitely recommend staying here for a modern, clean and well maintained property."

"Great little spot, We will hope to stay here again next time we are in KC."

"Extremely close to where I needed to be. The host was very fast on responding to my questions. The loft was perfect and the bed was very comfortable."

"The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...
