"Completed a wonderful week long stay at Casa Serena. The house was in great condition. There were plentiful pool and beach towels, and pool floats. The house concierge, Wai, took care of all of our excursion planning and checked in on us throughout the trip. "This is an apartment about a ten minute drive to the beach and national park, but nestled in the trees where toucans, sloths, and monkeys pass through. For our unit, the back patio faced the stream with lots of trees - beautiful. The place is spacious and the host Josue was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. "Excellent location, spacious condo and beautiful pool and gardens, with lovely shared covered BBQ space. Would highly recommend staying here. Appreciated it being set back off the busy road. We saw more birds around the garden than we even did in the Manuel Antonio National Park. Minor suggestion for improvement would be having ventilation above stove in the kitchen and more containers for storing left overs in the fridge. Bit funny having a bed in the living room, but bigger families or groups...
