"Staying at this property was great and the host was great at taking care of our needs"

"Pool was dirty we couldn’t even get in, the door that we take us out to the beach wasn’t working. Middle of the night going into the bathroom living room/kitchen area all kind of animals we ended up leaving earlier than expected we stayed only 1 night."

"The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. "This was a total scam. I knew I was taking my chances when it said it had slashed its price in half. It looks absolutely stunning on the web page, but I was completely duped. I had rented it for two weeks . First of all you can’t easily find the place and when you do you can’t even get into the place unless you have like an all terrain vehicle. There’s no hot water, but it doesn’t tell you that. It says they have a bath tub (for ducks) maybe. There’s no civilization. There’s gas stations...

"The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. They didn’t provide enough towels and for the 3 days we were there no one came to change the towels. The place needs to to be renovated . The pool was excellent and the beach view was amazing. The host was very attentive but needs to put more attention to the 2 dogs they have in the property. They broke free from their chains a few times and that’s scary especially when you have kids."
