"Great time"

"This is a beautiful 5-star property that, unfortunately, delivers more of a 2–3 star experience in key areas. The positives first...the grounds are beautiful, with abundant wildlife and a great beach. The seafood restaurant stood out, thanks to an excellent server, and one of the shuttle drivers was truly 10/10 and made a great impression. Where things fell short was primarily the service and food experience. The food itself was okay, and the “market”/buffet concept, where you order and wait for fresh preparation, worked fine in theory. However, the waitstaff was consistently forgetful, and it often took multiple requests to get even basic items. The biggest issue was around the pool experience. Finding water or food (beyond pizza) was surprisingly difficult. You couldn’t order food directly from the poolside bars, and compared to other all-inclusive resorts, especially in Mexico, there was very little proactive service. Poolside waitstaff was rarely present, which made the experience feel lacking for a resort at this level. Overall, the setting is incredible, but there’s a clear opportunity to improve service consistency and elevate the food and beverage experience to match the property itself. "

"The room was clean and the view was amazing. Bed was uncomfortable because instead of a true queen bed it was to twins pushed together and no hot water for the shower or sink"

"Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. Don’t get fooled by the pictures they have online. It is nothing close to the description. They price was very high for the service and quality of the hotel. It was dirty and the food was poor. The price for this hotel per night should be $50 and not $285. I got scammed and it was a ripoff. Be carefully friends. "

"The room wasn’t clean, it was old and rundown. Although the hotel was not affiliated with the jet ski companies on the beach, they did not warn us about them either. My daughter and another friend were injured on one of their faulty jet skis. "

"Great location.. hard to get to if you fly into sjo.. prepare for 1lane 3hrs and 54 min drive. The drive is worth it for the scenic views"

"Was clean. Staff was nice. Food on resort was fine at best. Room wasn’t ready at arrival and challenge Hard to get to as roads were under repair and had to take detours down Would recommend "
