"La Gaviota was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and very convenient for the beach, town and transport. In a 4-day stay, I never saw a member of staff after I was given my keys. On my first night, guests returning in the early hours were very noisy, and this went on for a long time. Also, someone tried my door - though probably a mistake. This becomes a problem when there's no owner/reception on-site presence. In future, as a solo traveller, I'd be happy to pay a few euros more for better...

"Pros: The house is wonderful, very clean, renewed and with all the facilities required to have a very nice time. We spent 1 week and the pool is joined with the rest of properties, but we were almost everyday alone on it. The check-in is very easy, you receives the keys and that is all. Emilio is very friendly and he called us 2 times on that week to know if everything were ok. Definitely, highly recommended. Cons: We have nothing bad to tell."

"The flat is in an excellent position, situated above Kuss restaurant (which does good food) and looking over the harbour and beach. The restaurant closed up by 10 and did not disturb us at all. It is mostly well equipped ( large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hotplate, kettle. There is a separate drying area behind the kitchen which is useful. The only equipment omissions we had were that there were no wine glasses( hardly disastrous) and no hair dryer. The bed was...
