Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! "Our family of five loved staying in this magical property. If you rent the whole house, the layout is really well suited to a family with teenagers who like their independence. We loved the combination of modern comforts such as a fantastic coffee machine with antiques and period features. It's conveniently close to beautiful Banska Stiavnica which has great restaurants and so much to do and see.. We are a very outdoorsy family so loved all the lakes for swimming ans the great walking...
