"We had a wonderful stay at All-Suite Resort Oetztal. Excellent place!!! The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right next to a large supermarket, making it very convenient, and it's an excellent base for exploring the area. A special thank you to Ivan at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to assist us with every question and request, and his outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Ötztal area and would gladly stay here again!"

"Amazing stay. We only had one overnight stay, but it was one of the best places we have stayed on our nearly 3 week roadtrip. We would have stayed longer if the weather had been better. Really helpful team at the hotel and the breakfast was amazing."

"Very nice view and inexpensive stay relative to other options in the area. Seems to be more directed to younger family or those participating in rafting or other activities. Our family of 5 with 3 teens was a little cramped in a small cabin. Breakfast and bar offered but quite pricey for such a small town."

"Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were an added bonus. It was lovely to relax by the pool after a days skiing and enjoy the amazing views. It wasn't overly busy, which Ibwas worried about. I cannot fault the hotel or staff and am already looking to rebook for next year. The only downside, if I were to be super picky, was that the view from my balcony was limited to balconies of the rooms opposite. But I spent no time there, so no issue. The hotel has a beatiful terrace with amazing views. 5 stars from us!"

"Fantastic staff, Judith at reception was so welcoming and Emily the manager did an incredible job and made the next week of our holiday amazing with her outstanding ad advice and kindness. Based on her recommendations, which were 100% accurate, we changed our next few destinations and had an amazing time. Great facilities, comfortable beds, very peaceful and outstanding food which made half board absolutely worth it. After such a great experience here we only stayed at Via hotels for the rest of our trip and had a much better experience than when we paid three times the price in other hotels. I highly recommend staying here!!"
