"Room was clean. Check was easy. Staff was friendly."

"This was a great location if you want to be in the mix on Fremont...... however you will get no sleep between the sound of the AC unit and loud music.....( if you can call it that ) coming from Fremont street. Every night until about 2:00 am The pool was so crowded it was like a human soup and there was no place to sit unless you wanted to pay for a cabana.... also the slide was closed due to a leak in the shark tank. The hotel elevators would only take you to your floor via your room key so if you have friends on another floor you have to meet them at the bottom and ride with them to get together or visit them on another floor.....super inconvenient. No coffee machines or refrigerators in the room... Although the price was reasonable for Vegas..... I won't be staying there again... If you want to party all night....this is the place for you."

"Room had just been cleaned though they only clean rooms every four days. Very noisy AC and Ice Maker. Very noisy area in North Vegas. Bed was terrible. Blackout curtain did not keep out light at night. Slept terribly. Had to reinsert HDMI cable to get TV to work. Staff wa nice."

"I loved that the room was big, very clean. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Loved that it had a nice kitchen area. Would stay there again."

"The receptionist only spoke Spanish but she was a great woman! Such a sweet heart. I am glad I chose this place. Although the bedsheets has some holes, I am content with the bedding mattress. "

"*The hotel is in a very sketchy area, so please be aware. Arrived to the hotel they were doing some construction to the front and I didn’t mind too much. I came to the hotel after a long road trip a lady named Ruth greeted me at the front door and she was very pleasant and she checked me in. I go to the room and I realize that it was a double bed instead of a king and there were no sheets on the bed and dirty linens on the floor. I go back downstairs after carrying all my stuff and I let Ruth know that I was under the assumption that I had a king and she let me know that they were booked out after seeing the condition of the hotel and the condition of my room itself, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and I think she understood that. She said to let Hotels.com know that they were overbooked and she would make sure I was refunded the money. So I call Hotels.com to verify that I would need that credit towards another room and they spoke with hotel staff and they said they did everything to accommodate me and I actually did not want to be there no matter what they did. Every room in Vegas near the area was booked out due to events and I had to Uber an hour and a half away. "
