"Second day no heating i was suplied with a heater from the reception BEWARE !!!! There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car. I told the reception clerk he said Oh uou are not ghe only one but did noghing to mark it"

"The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."

"This place was awesome. Built in like 1550 or something and you can feel it in certain parts. Room was great, and bigger than I thought. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend 10/10! Only issue, but not even an issue was the stairs creaked. (They’re old. Oh well!)"

Die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft nur teilweise zu!Das ist nicht das Haus zur allein Nutzung , sondern mehrere Parteien , mit denen man auch die Terasse und Grill teilen muss. Grill ist auch nicht korrekt beschrieben , kein Feuer ist erlaubt, es ist nur eine Platte zum Braten da. Manager spricht nur französisch.Check in war sehr schlecht - die Frau konnte nichts richtig erklären , wie man was einschaltet , nach dem Check out wir einen vorgeworfen , dass man dir Betten nicht richtig gemacht hat. Für den stolzen Preis, den man für das Haus verlangt war es unverschämt. Schade. "

"Nice appartement with small kitchen 2 rooms with connecting door. Two small balcony's just enough for 4 people. Perfect dark window shutters and two badrooms/ toilets. Also nice organized swimming pool. "

"The building was very rundown. The outer had panels falling off. The staircase to the rooms had the carpet lifted off. No air or lift. The breakfast was very high in low fibre foods and high sugar products. The people that worked there were helpful and friendly. "
