"Exceptionally large hotel, we kept getting lost! Nice to have an on-site restaurant and bar. They have a large indoor pool that while we were there was absolutely overwhelmed with kids. The room, once we found it, was good. The door did not automatically close and latch, so we had to be careful to do that. Forgot to tell management the next day. Clean hotel, comfortable room and furnishings."

"The hotel and room were very clean and the staff mostly helpful. The breakfast was a little lacking in organization, but overall good. Unique to this property is a salt water pool, while I wasn’t there long enough to try it out, I will make a point if I’m ever there again. Looked very inviting."

"Sadly, we didn't have the best weather during our visit which is nobody's fault. Either it was too hot, not much sun or it rained. I really wanted to rent the pontoon boat. Oh well. We loved the Blackstone, but the hot tub was a bust for us. The water was low & below the jet levels. It also had a lot of sand in it. As Murphy's Law would have it, the maintenance man for the tub came the next day. I would have given this cottage 5 stars, but we both have health issues and 14 steps down to the house with luggage, cooler, bags and dog with a lot of uneven ground isn't for Seniors. It is a beautiful area and very peaceful."

"Everything was great. Except on the 2nd night my tv did not work-there was no signal. I called the front desk, they could not help. So I had to pack up everything take all my stuff,take it to the front desk-exchange key and I moved 2 doors down. A very big inconvenience"
