Convenient and comfortable

I wanted to thank the kind member of the staff who caught my dog (who ran outside the hotel room when the door was ajar) and brought him back. The hotel was quiet and clean and had lots of amenities.

A pleasant night away from the kids

I was excited there was an indoor and outdoor pool... but... there is only one kid lifeguard who works both so the outside one was open all night, which was ok, we had fun but it was a bit chilly after a while. All in all beautiful pool area. The game room and surrounding areas has a very funky odor. We were going to play a game of air hockey but had to leave the room because it smelled so bad. The bar area was beautiful and the staff was nice.

Every interaction I had with every level of hotel employee was superior. They had obviously been well selected and well trained. This was the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel.
