"We enjoyed our time in Telluride despite this particular unit being in need of many repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. Note: I do not often leave negative reviews because I believe that most property owners do their best with the real estate that they have. This property was a tough one for me.The keycode on the door broke the first night after we arrived - Wendy said that she would repair it the next day but never did. We had to let ourselves in through the front window, which we had to leave...

"Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. "

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay! I would stay here again."

"We loved this property! Updated and so clean. So close to Main Street so it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with owner was fantastic. Very quick responses. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be staying here again!"

"We loved our late May stay here! Everything was clean and easy to find. The unit has super easy access to the pool and river trail we used to get to the gondola. Within walking distance to town and a short drive or walk trail heads. Would recommend to all!"

"Wonderful time and awesome location for our Anniversary trip & 1st time to Telluride. Perfect for the 2 of us and walking to downtown, Gondola to Mountain Village, and hikes. Communication and Host were great. Thank you and can’t wait to return."

"This little tiny home was so cute and cozy! My five year-old kept calling the loft bed up above his “treehouse“ and I couldn’t get him down from there! The place is set up very beautifully, plenty of dishes, towels, etc., to be used. Also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very nice! Served as a great base camp for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was great!"

"I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. It honestly hurt my heart because the property has so much potential."
