Step onto the lagoon-side property in Maya Beach and enjoy the jungle life just right here. Sit in the garden and observe the animals such as iguanas, agoutis, friendly raccoons, and lots of birds like parrots and chachalaca. Walk through the tropical garden and spot flowering orchids, epiphytes, cocoplum and coconut trees or soursop trees.

The 1-bed & 1 –bath apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, cooking utensils, a full-size fridge, and a stove with oven. You'll have no trouble at all whipping up meals while you're here! Have a seat on the cosy sofa and watch cable TV (all major US-channels) Wireless internet is available, so it will be easy to keep in touch with your loved ones while you are here.

Sit together at the breakfast bar to enjoy a quick breakfast of tropical fruits or a home-cooked dinner with local ingredients. You can also eat outside while observing the nature coming alive especially around dusk.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and you will have lots of storage for your tropical vacation outfit. The bedroom has A/C and with the open concept, you can enjoy the cool air in the whole apartment.

The bathroom is funky and has great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The beach is just two minutes away. The apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of Maya Beach, close to restaurants and bars as well as the supermarket.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The property is located in a beautiful cul-de-sac. It has large local trees, providing lots of shade. You can walk to the nearby beach or restaurants which are very close by.

GETTING AROUND
You can catch the bus to Placencia village (15 min.) and rent a bicycle (we have two bicycles on site), golf cart or car. Parking is available on the property.
We are located in the heart of Maya Beach, so supermarkets or restaurants are just a three-minute stroll away.
