"I was impressed with Meriem’s willingness to be helpful with my inquiries. She and Red were most cordial with me and other guests. The ambience of the reception area from the staircase to furnishings, art work and the vaulted ceilings made such an impression upon arriving. "

"Thr best thing was that I had a private balcony with a nice view. There was a lift to my room and the 'slide' for the suitcase up to the reception was so useful. The hotel was very convenuent for the old town and a safe area to walk around in the evening and at night. Local restaurant Oiseau was just perfect with my favourite dish 'aioli'."

"The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen"

"We enjoyed being in the heart of Aix. The hotel was very quaint and typical European in style which is what we wanted. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was great!"
