"Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and...

"This was our first time in Valencia and we fell in love with the food and the people, and of course, the huge sandy beaches. The apartment was wonderful!
