"The architecture was so unique. Very special and all on its own, worth the stay. But on top of that the staff was one and all pleasant and went out of their way to help us by buzzing us in and holding doors as we maneuvered bicycles to our room. They offered restaurant recommendations and directions to get there. We were always greeted pleasantly and wished a good day on our way out. The in room coffee had 2 decaf pods which is unusual. Also there was an herbal and green tea option as well. The...

"What a great home base to visit Pittsburgh! The location absolutely could not be beat -- easy walking to the river, the cultural district, the strip. We had such a great time exploring the city. The apartment is located in the old Union Station -- a beautiful historic building with onsite gym, beautiful common spaces, and a great coffee machine in the lobby. The apartment itself is great for anyone - full kitchen, 2 bed/2 bath + pull out couch, comfy living and dining space. Clean and...

"The room was fine, wish there had been more towels and wash cloths. Stocked kitchen but no pot holders. Biggest complaint is the noise of the construction going on non-stop all day starting too early in the morning."

"The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

"Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park."

"good!"

"Room looks good at a glance, upon further inspection, we found cockroaches in the bedroom, I have photos of it."
