8/10 Good
"Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant."
Omni William Penn Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The property itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, buildings aren’t built like this anymore. The staff was very helpful with dining recommendations and directions. Great location to access downtown or using the T to get to a game on the north side or taking in the beautiful views of the south side. Looking forward to returning to the Omni and Pittsburgh. Great all around experience and the Steelers got the W!"
