Absolutely NO parties. Anyone found in violation of this rule will have their stay ended immediately with no refund.
Pets are allowed on the furniture with the provided pet blanket ONLY. Any excessive hair or damages by the pet(s) will result in a charge back to you at the cleaner’s rate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This. Is a great location for UPMC PASSAVANT if your loved one needs surgery. Plenty of restaurants and close to North Park and the mall for our downtime.
