"Was able to check in 6 hours early for a low fee. Staff at desk, cafe, lounge, and shop all very nice and helpful. Shuttle was great—multiple times a hour—and quick. Close to open-air mall area with food via nice walk along river. "

Even though we fully pré-paid our stay through Expedia, hôtel charged us for the room by providing an invoice on a Check out. Unpleasant experience that was not anticipated from a Fairmont"
