"Resort was empty, it was nice. Had the pool to myself pretty much all the time. Only downside is that the pool bar was closed (because of how empty the property is). Nice rooms, clean, balcony was nice with an awesome view of the ocean."

"Check in and check out experience was great! Staff at the front desk and engineering were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were sad to see that the lights on the trees near the water park were gone. We always look forward to seeing them when we go to PIC and it made that area look very beautiful."

"Nice hotel and friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is their AC in the rooms. Very lacking. Moved rooms and it was not much better and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there and had the same issue."
