It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Not what we expected from a 5-star Hotel

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesn’t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

Fint alt i alt! Det jeg skulle ønske var at bassenget var inkludert for dem som bor på hotellet. Frokosten var bra! Bodde 3 netter, og skulle ønske dem sjekket rommet minst en gang. Fordi vi måtte selv gå i resepsjonen for å hente toalettpapir.

Bodde på hotelldelen av campingplassen. Fint hotellrom med balkong. Vegg-til-vegg-teppe, noe vi ikke er så fan av. Vinduene kunne ikke åpnes og vi måtte ha verandadøren oppe så lenge vi oppholdt oss på rommet pga varm luft og en ubehagelig innestengt lukt i rommet når døren var lukket. Rommet var greit rengjort, men med noe støvtråder og døde insekter i vinduskarmen. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og raske med å ordne opp da et barn i etg over kastet opp over rekkverket og ned på vår balkong. Frokosten var variert og god, og personalet var hele tiden i arbeid med å fylle opp bufféen og å rydde. Fint campingplassområde med flere spisesteder, aktiviteter og stor lekeplass. Vi reiste med et barn som bruker rullestol og savnet en mer tilrettelagt lekeplass. F eks kunne det gjerne vært en rund-desse som barnet kunne lagt i og desset, og en enkel lekeplasskarusell som man kan kjøre rullestolen opp på. Det var sand i hele lekeplassområdet som gjorde det umulig å trille med rullestolen. Det var skuffende. Ut over det hadde vi et fint opphold.

Burde vært et lite kjøleskap på rommet,så man i det minste kunne ha kald drikke når man skal bo der i en uke. Noe slurvete rengjøring, spesielt støvtørkingen. Og det burde absolutt vært aircondition på rommene

Nonchalant personal vid minigolfen, satt och glodde i telefonen. Golfklubborna trasiga & sneda. Golfbanorna behöver underhållas. Katastrofalt dåligt att hälften av alla trampcyklar var trasiga/ur funktion. Ett plus var trevlig personal i receptionen och i minilivset.

Vi besökte äventyrsbadet några dagar och uppmärksammade att badvakterna knappt sågs till och när vi såg dem så gick de i klunga av 3 personer men ingen koll på omgivningen. Stora grupper tonåringar klättrade i vattenrutschkanorna och det var tur att det inte skedde kollisioner med andra badgäster, barn som hoppade från platser där man uppenbarligen inte ska hoppa. Vi sa till vid flera tillfällen till tonåringar och barn men vi vill inte känna oss som några poliser utan vill ha kul med våra barn. Hoppas verkligen att detta styrs upp så inga olyckor sker.

Trevlig personal. Hamnade ej i de nyare rummen. Saknade minikyl och vattnet pendlade mellan kokhett och iskallt. Dock var rummet mest till för att sova i. Finns många aktiviteter för barnfamiljer, även om de skulle vara dags för att fräscha upp en del. Fint område i övrigt.

Aika yllättävää oli se, että markkinoidussa kylpylähotellissa itse kylpylän käyttö maksoi melko paljon extraa.Samalla rahalla, mitä pelkkä majoittuminen maksoi, saa laadukkaamman yöpymisen muualta.
