"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...

"A beautiful place! We had an amazing sassi room with all the historic charm plus modern, comfortable amenities including a bathtub. Staff is amazing too, so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, made the reservations and made sure we had a great experience there. Wonderful breakfast! "
