Condo in the gated Casa Bella Vista building, located 2 and 1/2 blocks from the pier and boardwalk, in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach.

Ocean view from the living room, and the primary bedroom. Living room has flat screen TV with digital cable and dvd player, wireless Internet, sofa sleeper, and a small balcony which has ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for 5. Primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with digital cable, and en suite bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with digital cable. Full size washer and dryer.

Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle.

Great spot walking distance to beach

We came to tour Cal Poly SLO and decided to stay near the beach for 2 nights. Just a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with all fo the amenities, 2 blocks from the beach. We walked all over, felt very safe, ate excellent food and had a great time. Thank you!

Comfortable condo close to Pismo Beach

Well maintained comfortable property close to the beach. Weekends are a little noisy with motorbikes / keeps outside and hard to close the window since it’s too hot in the summer. No fans or AC.

Great location

This property was fine, we had all we needed. But for the price I thought updating would have been nice. Furniture was dated and tired. Had a small toilet issue which was corrected, the “plumber” was a little strange. Place has a locked garage, I felt very secure there.

Happy to Return!

The place was nice and had pretty much everything we needed. We did buy small items at the nearby market (sugar). The liquid hand soaps were all watered down to the point that it was better to buy new ones - I did and left them for the next people. My dad the kitchen guy said the knives could be sharper and thought all glasses available should be able to fit on the top rack of the dishwasher. It was great to have the option of the washer and dryer. Also nice to have options for two parking spaces total. It was roomy enough for 4 adults to stay and we had tow other adult guests visit in the living room with us. I would certainly come back.

Amazing condo near the beach

Beautiful condo near the beach! Excellent downtown location! The condo is walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops and the pier. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was very clean.

This unit has a partial view of the ocean, is very clean, and tastefully decorated. We loved it.

We were able to get away for a family vacation. This unit was perfect for our family of four! It was was within walking distances to many restaurants as well as the beach. It is located in a quiet complex. We also had a partial view of the ocean. This is a gem.

Great place. Great location!

This was a great little unit. We didn’t need anything big- just a home base while visiting friends & family over Thanksgiving week. This was perfect! Great location just a couple blocks from beach. Beds were very comfortable & the place was very clean. Included parking which was a plus!

Excellent location & cute apartment

We enjoyed our stay here so much, it is perfectly placed for all the restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the pier. Highly recommend for families or couples and we'll definitely be going back. The beds are soooo comfy too !

Great location!

Excellent experience, great management running the place. The condo needs to be cleaner. Carpet has an odor of pets and you can smell it as soon as you walk in the unit. Otherwise, great, confortable and well located. Manager easy to work with.

Incredible Location; Comfortable Condo

Great, great place just minutes from the beach and right downtown. Only downside is after-hours check-in. The lock box at the property management office is difficult to manipulate and caused way more stress than it should have. Please replace the lock box panel, and you'll get a perfect rating. Thanks for everything-- we hope to be back soon!

Fabulous

I was very impressed with the property. The photos did not do it justice. To me it felt much bigger than the photos portrayed. The sofas seemed new, as did the recliner chair. The living room is a very nice place to hang out. The kitchen is modern. I stayed in the master bedroom (the one with ensuite bathroom) - the bed had a foam topper, which was way too soft for me, so we took it off, and the mattress was relatively new, and I'd say it was between medium and firm in terms of softness. The crisp white comforter cover made me feel like I was in a fancy hotel. The place was spotless. Great location, nice condo complex. A walk of 2 short blocks brings you to the main strip (2 blocks of restaurants and shops), at the end of which is the beach. Would definitely stay again.
