Excellent little place this is,very authentic,clean in a superb location in the middle of the old town (5mins walk to the tower), The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, Can’t recommend this place high enough for what you pay!!

Minimalist furniture, but clean room and shared bathroom. Central, with good options for food at close range. Nice touch to have a bottle of water and small box of juice in room. The coffee machine in the hallway was good. For 1 night totally adequate.

Lovely room and

Ideal position for 'tourist Pisa' and very reasonable price. Lovely old building and room. Furnished in matching style, comfortable and clean. There is some noise from other parts of the building and the square outside, but passing and not constant.

Good management of property

Everything was automated but all were taken care of. Well done to the management. Great location - near to the leaning tower. Negative - the building is on a busy street so you could hear noises from partygoers till the middle of the night and cars noises early morning.

Nice location, near the restaurant street of Pisa tower. No front desk or service desk, so everything need to be self service. The facility of hotel and room is quite old. However, free coffee and tea is offered.

Great place in centre of Pisa

We were apprehensive as the desk isn't manned. Everything worked perfectly with entry codes and key was in our room (Camera) door. Lovely large en suite with 2 rooms. Bottle of water and small carton of juice in room, mosquito plug in machine and spray. Centre of Pisa with lots of restsurants. Flagged down taxi for airport Euro 20, was Euro13 from Pisa Centrale sation. Loved our overnight.

Nice place to stay. Super close to The tower.

This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay.

Convenient location within 10 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa and cathedral. There is no service/staff so to speak because there was no reception. Found it a bit odd that coffee & tea were communal (no milk…) and luggage storage is in the corridor monitored by a CCTV. But the rook was fine.

A lot of noise but overall good

Everything is fine except the noise. On room 6 we could ear everything from the streets they should isolate better… you can hear everything from other rooms above and if you have light sleep I recomend tampons . But the rest was great, they had free coffe machine with capuccino and the bathrooms were really clean
