"My television did not work at all. The bed was absolutely horrible. It felt as if it was very old and mushy. Saturday I had no clean towels and the bed was not made. When I checked out nobody was around to even help me with my suitcase. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely not stay there again."
"I LIKE THE DIFFERENT EVENTS THE BAR AREA AND SITTING AREAS OUTSID E IN THE SUMMER THE POOL AND BAR RESTURANT OUTSIDE IS GREAT. "This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"
"We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting.
We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed."
"A family friendly hotel my kids enjoyed there time in the pool area and the hotel staff was very nice they provided everything we needed if I’m ever in that part of PA will be coming back"
