"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "

"Stayed as part of a large group for a en celebration. The house was as described and shown. The surroundings were stunning and very peaceful. Diana was helpful and always responded to questions. "We booked the stay last minute, not really knowing what to expect. We were happily surprised to find a 900 year old castle on the top of the hill, with its own church (which we were given the keys to see ourselves), towers and old hallways. The house was on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, plus a rooftop with amazing views. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Considering the price, it might be the best value for money place I've ever stayed in. I'd definitely recommend."

"We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It is even bigger and prettier than it looked online and was super clean and well equipped. Worth noting, however, that there staff are present onsite every day so it didn’t feel like we had the place fully to ourselves. There is also only one taxi company so it was tricky to get places without car spaces for the full group."

"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "

"Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "
