"The staff at the Black Bear Lodge was extremely friendly. When we arrived, they upgraded us to the Aspen Lodge, and it was beautiful and large and had great views of the trees and country. There was a hot tub outside for after we snowboarding, which was wonderful. Everything was great including the wine bar and amenities. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Staff was very friendly and informative we came here early and gave us some welcoming drinks! She was very polite and knowledgeable about the area and she recommended some place around. Room was very clean and comfortable! Feels like were in a cabin. Although the heater was not working or maybe its on automatic? Because it was so cold from 10pm - 4am. Overall, we loved it and we had a great experience."
