"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "

"La atención de todo el personal extremadamente amable y atentos, muy respetuosos y de verdad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La atención del chef digna de destacarse también.
Lo negativo lamentablemente fue el hecho de que en Chillán había muchísimo humo de leña el cual se filtraba al hotel llenando los pasillos de este. Las habitaciones también con el aire enrarecido.
