"The Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional she also gave me the wrong card key! Me and my Aunt stood outside swiping the card key until the older guy opened the door and said can I help you with something I immediately apologize to him and went back in the office and explain to the lady that you gave me the wrong key for the wrong door. She then got loud with me and said that it was the system‘s fault and the lady that worked before her and she turned the computer around to show...

"We were there for one night. When arrived we got upgraded to a king bed . When I spoke with staff and told them Expedia had indicated no Kong beds they indicated they had 6 beds. Milton upgraded us to the bottom floor with king bed and patio view. The room was good and spacious. They do have dinner options that you can pay for. We had a good stay and would come back again if we ever come to Oakland."
