"Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."

"Front desk representative was never at their desk. In the morning for breakfast, representative was in the back room. I needed help. I heard noise in the back room, that was for employees, knocked and she came out to help us. Room was fine, but the bathroom shower spout was entirely covered with rust. I did not take a shower the entire time was in there because of this."
