"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

I was delighted to learn that Pope Saint John Paul II slept in this place when it was still a religious site. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. If you want a place that is clean, comfortable and offers peace and tranquility near Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, … this place is perfect! It also has parking on site."
