LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! River Cottage Psalm 23 is just .1 miles of the Pkwy but is extremely private! No steps into the house, no hills, steeps roads, and long, curvy roads to get lost on! Avoid the traffic by hitting nearby Teaster Lane and Veterans Hwy. Easy to find and convenient. Close to Dollywood! Watch and listen to the Pigeon River from the living room and enjoy the abundance of wildlife just outside. Dixie Stampede is across the river and you can see the back parking lot from the deck! If you don't feel like driving, no problem, you can walk! Take peaceful walks along the river banks and you can even feed the ducks! Fisherman can cast their lines from the yard!

River Cottage Psalm 23 is a modern home with great furnishings. In both bedrooms there are queen beds, tv/dvd combos, closets, and plenty of drawer space for your stay. Master suite walks out to the private screened porch with hot tub overlooking the river!

Fully modernized custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker will be used as you wake up, open the blinds, and view the relaxing currents of the river. Washer and dryer is available for your laundry needs.

Complete wall tiled bathroom with high rise toilet ,Victorian style vanity, and full showertub combo for your bathing needs.

Relax in the living room overlooking the Pigeon River. Only the finest furnishings and 50' flatscreen tv for your enjoyment. Spectrum Cable and Wifi add to the amenities at River Cottage Psalm 23.

Nice little place, cozy and comfy. The hot tub and screened in porch were nice, the TV, ac, everything worked. The water near was nice with tons of ducks and geese, and we enjoyed feeding them. Nice peaceful place, but so close to everything.... Only complaint would be the bathroom is too small, but not a deal breaker.... 100% would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!

Wonderful stay!! Perfect location, close to the main attractions, yet tucked away on the river! We enjoyed feeding the ducks and the hot tub on the back screened in porch! We have stayed here several times and try to book our stays around the availability of this place! It feels like home and we love it! Excellent communication with the host! Stay here… You won’t regret it!

More than adequate. Closet issues but dressers made up for it. Very “rustic”. Close to most all attractions. Very clean inside. Private and quiet. Enjoyable.

Love this little vacation cottage!

My mom, myself, and my boys had the best time at our “tiny vacation house”, as my little one called it! This is our second stay here and I can’t wait to return again! Close and convenient to the parkway and Dollywood! Quiet and nestled in nature. Cabin has everything you need!
