"Beautiful "

"Cosy private apartment with everything you need plus a few extra touches, the flowers on the table made it very homely. We arrived during a snowstorm and were extremely grateful to be given an unexpected early check in Thank-you very much Peter "

"Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small."

"Perfect for what i needed bery clean ideal location"

"We had a great stay in the penthouse flat. Great central location and lovely flat. Parking voucher worked but usual problem of finding a space. Only negative is the initial impression when entering the stair well it was must and the carpet was not clean. Which is the totola opposite to the flat which was very clean and well presented."

"Beautiful , very clean and comfortable everything we needed was catered for would definitely recommend."

"Easy to find, parking and all attractions very close by."

"Fantastic place in great location. Has everything you need. Lift coming direct into the property made us a little nervous though having a young child but was fine!"

"The property could be excellent but the the cleanliness and upkeep is poor. It looks like it needs decorating and some maintenance is needed. There was no cooking equipment and limited cutlery. We have enjoyed our stay but feel let down by the upkeep of the property"

"Good location , had everything we needed , comfy bed , clean.Could hear people upstairs walking around and would have appreciated a handrail on outside steps.Overall a nice relaxing stay.Thank You "

"Incredible location - right next to the sea, round the corner from the train station, Sainsburys, and town centre. There's a playground opposite for kids of all ages. Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again."

"Really lovely and clean will definitely stay here again "
